Delivery time for items instock is 3 to 6 working days. Stock statuses are available on the product pages. Custom made item take a time 7 days processing and next 3 to 6 days delivery.

If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
At Kilt and Skirt we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied you can return your goods within 60 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund, excluding the cost of the original delivery. You must inform us of your intent to return within 60 days of receiving the goods. After this 60 day period. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. For returns where the item is unwanted, Kilt and More will deduct the cost of the initial delivery to the customer from the refunded amount.
In the rare event that your order arrives in a damaged condition or wrong item please contact us by email at support@kiltandskirt.com within 48 hours of it being delivered to you. We also ask that you email us photos of the damage and the packaging.
After investigation Kilt and Skirt will refund or replacement you next 48 hours.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receipt of the item. Kilt and Skirt will notify you by email when this process has been completed. Typically, you will see the funds in your account with 1 to 2 working days post notification of the refund process being completed.
